Job summary

Vueling, a leading European airline, seeks a Transformation Lead to drive strategic direction and governance across major initiatives. The role focuses on accelerating performance and innovation through cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Candidates should have a Finance or Business background with a Master’s degree or equivalent, at least 5 years in consulting/strategy, and fluency in English and Spanish (C1). The position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years' experience in consulting or strategy.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C1) in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and business expertise to support transformation initiatives.
• Inspire action using benchmarks and set high performance goals for 3–5 years.
• Direct work prioritization and resource management with agile methods for large projects.
• Identify risks/opportunities and enable rapid executive reporting within governance.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, data and shared services to support transformation.
• Analyze data and report milestones to business leads and sponsors.
