JLL in Madrid is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for our EMEA Design and Construction portfolio. You will coordinate RFP/RFI processes, maintain vendor data, and support procurement decisions across multiple projects for a major client.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensure timely submissions, support contract documentation, and help drive value through effective sourcing while complying with policies.

Qualifications

• Essential - 3–5 years' procurement experience (RFP/RFI/RFQ document creation, procurement tools, vendor management).
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong analytical ability.
• Strong communication skills in English; other EU languages a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a numerate or engineering discipline.

Responsabilités

• Run centralized tender processes (RFP/RFI) on client procurement platforms.
• Maintain vendor data and documentation for the EMEA region.
• Support project-level sourcing strategies and cost benchmarking.
• Coordinate RFP/RFI packages and submission timelines.
• Assist on legal templates and contract finalization.
• Provide guidance to program managers on sourcing tools and processes.
