EDP, a global energy company, is hiring a Procurement Specialist – Solar & BESS to strengthen its Global Procurement Center of Excellence within the Solar division. This role focuses on building long-term supplier partnerships and leading strategic sourcing for solar and energy storage projects.

Based in Madrid with hybrid work, you will run RFIs and RFPs, negotiate supply agreements, and collaborate with Legal, Finance and Technology teams to deliver cost-efficient, compliant contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–3+ years in renewables procurement or related roles.
• Experience with supply contract negotiation and contract models.
• Experience with tenders and market analysis.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic procurement initiatives for Solar and BESS.
• Support negotiations on global frame agreements and O&M contracts.
• Execute RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and supplier evaluations.
• Align with Legal, Finance, and Technical teams.
• Develop market intelligence and supplier relationships.
• Monitor risk, compliance, and contract performance.
• Support project development and M&A financial modeling.
