GE Vernova's Hydro Power division is seeking a Service Project Buyer to act as the POC for the project team, managing Source to Pay for service components, RFQs, POs, and on-time delivery for the project scope.

Required education in Engineering/SC/Mgmt, extensive sourcing/procurement experience in project contexts, fluent in English and Spanish, and valid Spanish work permit. This role supports complex service projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management.
• Significant experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Supply Chain in project-related contexts.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Regional Commodity Leaders to align GE-qualified vendors with service needs.
• Support vendor development or framework agreement definitions to fit service needs.
• Own supplier panel for delegated scope and maintain Terms & Conditions.
• Prepare RFQ packages, negotiate with suppliers, place POs, and track delivery and KOM.
• Coordinate with Material Planner and Transport Specialist to meet project milestones and schedules.
• Ensure data quality in ERP to support project scheduling and cash management.
