The Information Lab Italy is seeking an Intern CEO & Sales Operations to join a high-potential internship program, directly supporting the CEO / Head of Sales. You will work alongside senior management in sales operations, process structuring, reporting, and operational coordination to increase executive effectiveness.

This internship offers direct exposure to top management decision-making, accelerated learning in governance and executive reporting, and daily contact with real business

Formación

• Degree obtained or in progress from a top-level university or business school.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High reliability and confidentiality.
• Interest in business, consulting, or sales.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the structuring, formalization, and documentation of processes based on the CEO's instructions.
• Distributing and monitoring processes on behalf of the CEO.
• Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing KPIs from the front lines.
• Supporting the organization of the CEO/Head of Sales' agenda.
• Preparing reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Supporting the review of business opportunities together with Sales.
• Providing operational support in managing relationships with vendors and partners.
• Supervising office management and general secretarial activities.
