TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking an IPP Analyst to support inventory planning and procurement, strengthening vendor relationships and collaborating with Product Marketing for competitive advantage. You will coordinate orders, manage direct ship POs, and ensure accuracy in SAP while expediting orders to optimize logistics and customer satisfaction.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong attention to detail, and solid MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Place orders based on IPP Analyst profiles with logistics considerations.
• Back-to-back ordering and direct ship PO management.
• Verify order confirmations for product, quantity, pricing and delivery dates.
• Ensure POs stay within sign-off limits and update SAP accordingly.
• Expedite open orders to maximize customer satisfaction and due-date accuracy.
• Support vendor price changes in SAP to reflect correct costs.
• Coordinate stock rotation and return-to-vendor processes.
• Assist IPP team with logistics and finance queries within timescales.
• Maintain policies and complete ad hoc IPP projects.
