Papernest is seeking a Strategy & Project Management Intern to join from January 2027 for 6 months in Barcelona. You will work with the Insurance and Carbon Compensation teams across three countries, tackling strategic analysis, data-driven projects, and new market exploration.

You’ll support operations, optimize processes, and help build scalable models while coordinating across Data, Product, CRM, and Operations. Remote work available one day per week.

Formación

• Native French speaker with fluent English and/or Spanish.
• Analytical thinker with solid business sense and a data-driven mindset.
• Curious, eager to learn and adaptable, with humble attitude.
• Initiative-driven and able to become autonomous with support initially.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to strategic and operational projects across insurance and carbon verticals.
• Support ongoing operations and business development through data analysis and process improvements.
• Lead market studies and business planning for new verticals, coordinating Data, Product, CRM, and Operations.
• Help build scalable models and long-term management structures post-launch.
