Allianz Technology seeks a Senior Controller to lead the Strategic Projects area within the unified CTO-1 (Germany & Switzerland) and Central Europe Finance team. You will drive financial initiatives, act as the main contact for strategic topics, and cover reporting for senior stakeholders across the region.

You will champion AI and automation, coordinate with Heads of IT, and support the transformation to a new finance setup across Germany, Switzerland and Central Europe.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in controlling or finance.
• Experience with strategic projects in international environments.
• Strong financial analysis and ability to present complex topics clearly.
• Knowledge of AI/automation tools (e.g. Claude, Power BI).

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic financial initiatives and central demand end to end.
• Be first contact for central requests, prioritize and track delivery.
• Support reporting, deliver decision-ready content for senior stakeholders.
• Package and present financial analysis and project updates for management.
• Champion AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Communicate with finance leaders across regions.
• Support the transformation of the regional finance setup.
