Job summary

Rakuten TV is seeking a seasoned PMO/Program Manager to lead delivery governance for Product & Technology in a fast-paced streaming environment. You will own roadmaps, capacity planning and risk reporting, partnering with Product Managers, engineering leaders and sales to ensure on-time, high-quality execution across channels, connectors and telcos.

You will develop the annual strategy view, design lightweight processes, and drive improvements in estimation accuracy and delivery predictability,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in PMO, program or delivery management within software/tech.
• Experience delivering for streaming, media, adtech or B2B platforms is a plus.
• Able to challenge estimates constructively and earn trust of engineers and PMs.
• Strong analytical skills with capacity models and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with agile delivery; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery tracking and early warning across Product & Technology.
• Maintain a single, trusted view of roadmaps, dates, dependencies and status.
• Report planned vs delivered work monthly; surface risks for leadership.
• Escalate blockers and distinguish root causes vs resourcing/prioritisation issues.
• Build capacity views by team and squad; track estimates vs actuals.
• Ensure launches are end-to-end with post-launch checks.
• Improve planning with engineering managers and squad leads.
• Design lightweight processes and select tracking/reporting tools.
• Connect strategy to execution in annual planning and roadmaps.
• Own RFP processes for large opportunities and coordinate with Sales.
