Rakuten TV in Barcelona seeks a Program Manager to join the Product organisation, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will shape visibility, governance, and planning across Product & Technology, ensuring timely delivery with quality and transparent status updates for leadership.

You will own planning, tracking and reporting, partner with Product Managers, tech owners and engineering managers, and help evolve the annual Product & Technology strategy and plan.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of PMO or delivery management experience in software or tech.
• Proven track record improving delivery predictability and execution quality.
• Able to challenge estimates constructively with engineers.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Strategic thinker with experience in annual planning.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience with agile delivery and PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Delivery tracking and early warning.
• Own a single view of every roadmap item and cross-team project across Product & Technology: owner, dates, dependencies and status.
• Flag slips, blockers and cross-squad dependencies before they affect delivery, and publish a regular risk view for the CPO and CTO.
• Report planned versus delivered work by squad each month, and give the weekly squad spotlight facts rather than opinions.
• Escalate through agreed triggers, separating technical root causes from scope, resourcing or prioritisation issues for resolution.
• Design, run and continuously simplify processes Product & Technology works with: roadmap commitments, project intake, status definitions, the weekly squad spotlight and review cadences.
• Choose and own the tools used for tracking and reporting, and keep them accurate and easy for squads to use.
• Strategy and annual planning: understand company strategy and contribute to the annual roadmap and plan.
• RFPs and large opportunities: own and maintain the RFP process with Sales and tech.
• Scout and qualify opportunities, coordinate responses between Sales and technology.
