Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Substation Automation Systems, Power Transmission & Distribution, or related industries.
• Proven experience in portfolio management, product management, strategy, business development, or market management.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and technology roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across a global organization.
• Excellent communication, business acumen, and leadership skills.
