• Proven negotiation skills in pharma manufacturing or related contracts.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, well organized and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport and partnerships with supplier base; manage contracts and deliver value improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to prepare for supplier discussions and resolve escalations.
• Set supplier performance goals and drive cost improvements and value creation plans.
• Lead contract creation and amendments; maintain pricing, payment, and reconciliation data.
• Prepare and drive pricing & contract negotiations; update internal systems accordingly.
• Support supplier risk management and ensure product availability and business continuity.
• Coordinate business reviews with suppliers and align on collaboration goals.
• Contribute to budgeting and cross-functional projects related to the portfolio.
