Santander CIB in Madrid is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager within Trade & Working Capital Solutions to lead development and execution of partnerships with strategic partners, driving revenue and commercial performance.

You will own end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams across product, technology, operations, risk and legal, and ensure initiatives translate into tangible business results.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish and develop long-term relationships with strategic partners relevant to Santander's Trade Finance and Working Capital Solutions strategy.
• Business Development & Solution Creation: Identify and originate new opportunities within the Working Capital Solutions ecosystem and translate market needs into viable partnership opportunities.
• Project & Transaction Execution: Take ownership of end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver the projects and transactions.
