Empresa Confidencial, a leading multinational in retail, seeks a Strategic Operations & Strategy Support Intern to work directly with the Executive Office and senior leadership in Madrid. You will gain exposure to governance, strategy execution, and cross-functional project delivery.

You will help prepare executive summaries, briefings, and market research, while supporting transformation initiatives across core business units.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English; Spanish and French are a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and perform under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with motivation to learn about corporate strategy and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to tracking and driving the execution of the company’s multi-year strategic transformation.
• Assist in organizing executive committees, strategic reviews, corporate events, and high-level addresses.
• Produce concise executive summaries, briefing notes, and analytical reports for senior management.
• Conduct market, macro research on trends impacting the business environment.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives across key departments based on priority and aspirations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within executive office workflows.
