Puig is seeking a highly analytical Market Analyst for the Strategic Planning team. You will translate market, industry, and macroeconomic data into clear insights to support strategic decisions, working with the Strategic Planning Manager and reporting to the Planning Director.

You will perform macro insights, monitor market and category trends, support long-term planning cycles, track performance, and prepare executive-ready analyses for leadership discussions.

Formación

• 3–5 years in market analysis or analytics roles in strategy or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure and synthesize data.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; BI tools and Think cell a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Macro & External Insights: Assess macroeconomic dynamics and translate into implications for Puig's markets, categories, and brands.
• Market & Industry Analysis: Analyze market performance, forecast growth, trends, and competitive dynamics for growth outlooks.
• Strategic Planning Support: Build the analytical foundation for planning cycles and coordinate inputs across functions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor indicators and diagnose deviations vs. plan.
• Insight Generation & Executive Communication: Synthesize data into clear insights for senior leadership decks.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with Market Intelligence, Consumer Insights, Finance, Markets, and Brand teams.
