Roche in Sant Cugat, Spain, is seeking an Associate Category Manager to shape long-term supplier strategies for the logistics category. You will support development, validation, and execution of global category strategies with analytics-driven insights.

Reporting to the Logistics Global Category Lead, you will collaborate with Category Managers, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and external partners to deliver value while ensuring governance and compliance across the function.

Formación

• University degree in a relevant field; professional purchasing or finance licenses are advantageous.
• 2+ years of procurement or supply chain experience focused on strategic sourcing.
• Demonstrated understanding of direct spend categories and market fundamentals.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics to drive category guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global category strategies for logistics procurement.
• Transform market intelligence into actionable category guidance.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Sourcing, Finance, Legal and external intelligence providers.
• Generate monthly spend and savings metrics and validate data to ensure governance.
• Support deployment of strategic initiatives and complex RFx activities.
