You will apply frameworks like AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID II; advise on governance, markets, and investor protection; monitor regulatory developments and coordinate with first and second line teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory/compliance experience in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of UK/EEA frameworks for investment funds and investor protection.
• Experience advising on product launches, governance, and distribution changes.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical processes.

Responsibilities

• Support product launches and investment services ensuring compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Advise on product governance, target markets, distribution, and customer outcomes.
• Apply frameworks such as AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID II, FCA and EU requirements.
• Support market expansion by identifying regulatory requirements and managing risks.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, monitor controls, and address gaps.
• Track regulatory developments and collaborate with teams on regulatory change.
