Sandoz Iberia is seeking a Senior Manager to drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) execution at platform level. You will coordinate inputs, facilitate forums, and ensure timely delivery of aligned outputs across demand, supply and finance functions.

The role requires 5–10 years in supply chain or related areas, strong cross-functional exposure and fluency in English. The position offers a flexible-hybrid work model and opportunities to shape generic and biosimilar strategies at scale.

Formación

• 5-10 years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial roles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions.
• Ensure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forums.
• Plan and manage IBP cycle calendar and milestones.
• Support and co-facilitate IBP forums (P&PR, DR, SR, S&OP).
• Structure issues into clear discussion topics.
• Track decisions, actions and escalations.
• Ensure follow-up and closure of actions.
• Escalate issues to Platform IBP Lead where needed.
• Ensure adherence to IBP processes and standards.
