TD SYNNEX in Barcelona seeks an FP&A professional for a strategic role to provide educated insight to executive management for strategic cost decisions. You will develop and deliver productivity analysis based on financial and business input in collaboration with central and local teams to build comparable data and informed conclusions.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of FP&A experience
• Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Fluent in English
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Independent with strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Able to negotiate and promote ideas persuasively with higher levels of management

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic productivity analysis across FP&A organization
• Provide recurring analysis on cost structure: functional, direct & indirect costs, KPIs
• Supply high level analysis of financial KPIs and historical trends to support forecasting
• Link key cost drivers to reporting results and analysis
• Analyze reports to identify challenges and opportunities; follow up actions to completion
• Understand cost drivers in Europe: entities, reporting lines, functions, inter/company charges

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In the FP&A Europe Team we are looking for an FP&A Strategic role to provide educated insight to the executive management for taking strategic decisions on costs. The person will be mainly responsible to develop & deliver thorough productivity analysis based on financial & business input cooperating with the central & local organizations in order to build comparable data & supply recognized conclusions .

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Drive strategic productivity analysis across FP&A organization
• Provide recurring analysis on various elements of the cost structure : functional approach, direct & indirect costs, related financial & business kpis.
• Supply high level analysis of financial KPIs historical trends. Leverage these to support Forecasting processes.
• Keep a constant connection between key high level cost drivers & more complex reporting results & analysis
• Thoroughly analyze the various reports in order to identify specific challenges & opportunities. Follow-up related actions up to completion.
• Sustain a high level of understanding on cost drivers & results in Europe : entities, reporting lines, functions, Inter/Company cross charges, Intra/Company costs allocations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• From 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience in FP&A
• Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Fluent in English
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Able to work independently with strong problem solving, critical thinking , and decision-making skills
• Able to negotiate and promote/sell ideas persuasively and to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
