We are seeking a senior accounting leader to oversee financial operations, audits, and compliance within our Spanish entities. You will manage a 4-person team, drive internal controls, and partner with external auditors to ensure rigorous statutory compliance across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5–10+ years in accounting/finance with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools.
• Fluent Spanish; advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes with full analysis.
• Manage cash flow planning and working capital.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
• Lead end-to-end statutory audits with external firms.
• Own Spanish-specific tax compliance (CIT, VAT, withholding taxes).
• Oversee 15+ Spanish group companies; supervise a 4-person team.
