Hellmann is seeking an experienced Customer Implementation Project Manager in Spain to lead key client initiatives across our global logistics teams. You will ensure client requirements are met, design processes, and coordinate IT, operations, finance and legal stakeholders for successful implementations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field with 3+ years in customer implementation or freight forwarding, fluent English and Spanish, strong

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a customer implementation role in logistics/freight forwarding.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills.
• Proven project management experience and ability to coordinate complex initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Customer Implementation projects in cooperation with regional teams and branch managers.
• Design customer-specific reports and system integrations for IT development.
• Develop KPIs and monitoring tools to ensure a successful implementation.
• Prepare and maintain Customer standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Handover ownership to Operations after implementation is finalized.
