Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking a First-Class Stone Heritage Restoration Specialist (Oficial 1ª) to carry out heritage restoration and masonry on traditional structures in Marratxí, Mallorca.

You will apply your expertise across specialized masonry and restoration tasks with a permanent contract and a full-time schedule from 8:00 to 16:30, in a Marratxí-based role. The gross annual salary is 27,300 EUR, reviewable based on demonstrated skills and experience.

Formación

• Extensive professional experience as a skilled worker in stone masonry and heritage restoration.
• Mandatory 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention certificate in construction (PRL 20h).
• Strong practical knowledge of traditional building techniques, plastering, and painting.
• A valid driving license and owning a vehicle is a plus.

To qualify for this position, you must bring proven technical experience and the necessary workplace safety credentials. The requirements for this role are:

• Extensive professional experience as a skilled worker in stone masonry and heritage restoration.
• Mandatory 20‑hour Occupational Risk Prevention certificate in construction (carnet PRL 20h).
• Strong practical knowledge of traditional building techniques, plastering, and painting.
• A valid driving license and having your own vehicle will be positively valued.
