Confidential employer on Mallorca is seeking an experienced stonemason for a permanent, full-time position in Manacor. The role focuses on traditional dry stone walling and masonry, delivering high-quality craft and structural integrity on island projects.

You will join a small on-site team starting 1 October 2026, with a gross annual salary of 26,067.47 EUR, including base pay and collective agreement bonuses.

Formación

• 4 years of proven experience in traditional masonry or stone walling.
• Primary education certificate.
• Valid Class B driving licence.
• Reliable craftsmanship, precision, and physical stamina for on-site construction work.

Responsabilidades

• Build and raise walls, retaining structures, and facades using natural stones and related materials.
• Place natural stone manually without strict regular coursing, applying traditional craftsmanship.
• Ensure the structural integrity, stability, and high-quality finish of all masonry elements.
• Collaborate with the on-site construction crew to complete projects according to specifications and safety guidelines.

Are you an experienced stonemason looking for a stable, long-term opportunity on the island? A construction company based in Manacor, Mallorca, is currently seeking two skilled professionals specialized in traditional dry stone walling and masonry (marger / mampostero) to join its team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Building and raising walls, retaining structures, and facades using natural stones and related materials.
• Placing natural stone manually without strict regular coursing, applying traditional craftsmanship.
• Ensuring the structural integrity, stability, and high-quality finish of all masonry elements.
• Collaborating with the on-site construction crew to complete projects according to specifications and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and experience

• At least 48 months (4 years) of proven professional experience in traditional masonry or stone walling.
• Primary education certificate (Certificat d'estudis primaris / Certificado de estudios primarios).
• A valid Class B driving licence.
• Reliable craftsmanship, precision, and physical stamina for on-site construction work.

Job details

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with a full-time schedule.
• A gross annual salary of 26,067.47 EUR, which includes base salary, collective agreement bonus (plus convenio), and prorated extra pay.
