11 Recruitment represents a family-owned manufacturing client seeking a Production Manager for a Malaga-based stone fabrication operation. The role oversees daily manufacturing, coordinating people, machinery, scheduling, quality, safety, inventory and dispatch.

It is hands-on with regular cross-functional communication to drive output and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a Stone Mason trade background, experience in stone or related sectors, and a track record in supervising

Formación

• Trade background in Stone Mason or related apprenticeship.
• Experience in stone, cabinet making, glass, steel or manufacturing.
• Experience supervising production planning, scheduling and workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain on-time production across each production stage.
• Improve production efficiency, turnaround times and machine output.
• Monitor machine downtime, maintenance, repairs and consumables.
• Control overtime through workload and production scheduling.
• Reduce installation issues, damage and rework through QA processes.
• Schedule jobs through StonePro, allocate workloads across machinery and departments, review drawings before handover, oversee final quality checks and coordinate slab pickups and factory deliveries.
• Manage inventory and stocktakes, order tools and consumables within approved limits, and report production incidents and corrective actions.
