JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, seeks a hands-on Station Supervisor to direct daily shift operations in our European delivery stations. You will supervise linehaul intake, parcel sortation, route staging, and DSP/driver dispatch to ensure top-tier on-time delivery performance.

You will lead a team of specialists, collaborate with third-party couriers, and enforce safety rules while maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced last-mile environment.

Formación

• Experience supervising in a parcel delivery or last-mile hub.
• Proficient with dispatch management and warehouse systems.
• Professional fluency in English; Mandarin a plus.

• Lead shift team leaders and sortation staff; ensure zero-defect sortation.

Context of the Position

As part of our rapid international expansion across Europe, JD Logistics is establishing direct last-mile delivery capabilities and express station networks. We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy Station Supervisor to direct daily shift operations within our delivery stations, ensuring flawless sortation, driver dispatch, and customer delivery execution.

The Mission & Core Scope

The Mission: Supervise daily delivery station operations—including early-morning linehaul intake, parcel sortation, route staging, DSP/driver dispatch, and evening debriefs—to guarantee maximum on-time delivery (OTD) rates. The Scope: You will directly lead shift team leaders, sortation associates, and manage daily operational interactions with third-party delivery service providers (DSPs) and independent couriers.

Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets

To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:

• On-Time Delivery (OTD) Performance: Manage daily station dispatch to achieve corporate targets for delivery success rates and customer SLA compliance.
• Sort & Stage Execution: Ensure high-speed, zero-defect parcel sorting and route staging during early morning cycles, keeping route dispatch delays to zero.
• Courier & DSP Fleet Coordination: Supervise daily driver check-ins, load-outs, route compliance, and end-of-day package reconciliation (undelivered parcel management).
• Safety & Floor Compliance: Enforce strict warehouse floor safety, van yard traffic rules, and labor compliance during all shift operations.

Position Requirements

• Delivery Station / Last-Mile Experience: Proven operational experience in a supervisory role within a parcel delivery station, express courier hub, cross-dock facility, or last-mile distribution node.
• Systems Literacy: Experience using dispatch management applications, WMS/TMS tools, routing software, and handheld barcode scanners.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Operational Flexibility: High adaptability to work early morning, late evening, or rotational shift patterns required for fast-paced last-mile delivery cycles.
