XCEED in Spain is seeking a Staff Frontend Software Engineer to be the technical anchor for our frontend org. Shape architecture, lead initiatives, and drive performance, accessibility, and maintainability across React SPAs and Next.js apps.

Collaborate with product, design, and backend, establish standards, review code, and mentor engineers in a fast-moving, globally distributed team. If you are passionate about federated design systems and shipping high-impact frontend at scale, join XCEED.

Formación

• 8+ years of software/frontend engineering with leadership experience.
• Deep React mastery and Next.js App Router expertise for SEO-focused apps.
• Strong system design, state management, caching, and data-fetching.
• Experience with modern bundlers and CI/CD automation.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building federated Design Systems across product lines.
• Open-source contributions and community involvement are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of web security best practices.
• Experience with WebAssembly and performance profiling is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Strategy & Architecture: shape long-term frontend architecture across apps and widgets.
• Core Infrastructure & Tooling: own shared libraries, design tokens, pipelines, and release flows.
• Hands-on Delivery: contribute production frontend work and set the example.
• Technical Leadership & Governance: establish frontend standards and code-review culture.
• Performance, Accessibility & Resilience: own Core Web Vitals and WCAG compliance.
• Mentorship & Cross-functional Collaboration: elevate engineers and partner with product/design/backend.
