Fundcraft in Girona, Spain is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a collaborative development team. You will work with backend engineers, product owners and designers to build scalable React components and deliver high-quality user experiences.

You will lead frontend architecture, establish coding standards, mentor juniors, review code, and drive tooling improvements while staying current with new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and development of high-impact frontend components for scalable, high-performance UIs.
• Drive decisions on architecture, design patterns, and frontend best practices.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and testing across the frontend team.
• Conduct code reviews focusing on quality, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and promote technical growth through sessions.
• Share knowledge via workshops, documentation, and pair programming.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, and Backend Engineers for cohesive UX.
• Contribute in sprint planning, retrospectives and technical discussions.
• Own features end-to-end from development to deployment and maintenance.
• Debug and resolve complex frontend infrastructure issues.
• Stay updated with frontend tech; propose innovative tooling improvements.
• Drive initiatives to improve frontend tooling, workflows, and productivity.
