Axiōma Search is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and own an internal platform that connects scattered data, automates workflows, and uses AI to surface promising founders earlier.

You’ll be the first senior engineer inside a lean, well-capitalised investment firm, partnering with partners to design the architecture, implement integrations, and ship end-to-end features from data ingestion to AI-driven insights.

Formación

• Proficient Python across backend, automation, and AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, or AI-enabled systems in production.
• API integration experience across CRMs, calendars, and data platforms.
• Strong backend design and data-architecture fundamentals.
• Track record of taking products from zero to production with limited oversight.

You’ll build an internal platform that cleans and joins messy data, automates workflows and uses applied AI to surface promising founders earlier. You’ll be the first senior engineer inside a deliberately lean, well-capitalised investment firm, working directly with its partners. You’ll own the platform end to end, from architecture and integrations to interfaces and AI workflows.

What you'll do

• Connect their core tools into a unified internal platform
• Build meeting intelligence workflows that extract actions, decisions, and relationship context from call transcripts
• Auto-populate CRM records from deal memos, meeting notes, and email context so investors spend time on decisions, not data entry
• Eliminate double outreach and information gaps across investment, talent, and ops teams operating globally
• Build and maintain internal tools used daily by investors and the ops team — migrating existing workflows onto secure, compliant infrastructure
• Scrape and structure data from the web to support sourcing, market mapping, and due diligence
• Build models that surface high-potential founders earlier, drawing on signals across deal flow, network, and market data
• Design prediction systems that inform investment decisions: market timing, founder trajectory, portfolio signals

What you'll need

• Strong Python across backend, automation, and AI workflows; comfortable across the full stack
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, or AI-enabled workflow systems in production
• API integration experience across CRMs, calendar systems, and data platforms
• Solid backend system design and data architecture fundamentals
• Track record of taking products from zero to production with limited oversight
• Security and compliance awareness for internal systems handling sensitive data
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders — partners and ops, not just engineers
