Schwarz Digits, la división de IT y digital del Schwarz Group, busca un desarrollador Go con experiencia en Kubernetes para construir controladores en entornos multi-clúster, diseñando soluciones escalables y seguras para la nube.

Trabajará en un equipo internacional ágil, con foco en seguridad, CI/CD y entornos air-gapped, colaborando estrechamente con arquitectos, desarrolladores y DevOps para entregar soluciones robustas y eficientes.

Formación

• Experiencia como desarrollador Go con historial en controladores de Kubernetes.
• Experiencia operando aplicaciones en Kubernetes, incluyendo administrar clusters desde cero.
• Conocimiento de Kubernetes Cluster API.
• Experiencia inicial con sistemas air-gapped.
• Buenas habilidades en inglés; alemán es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar controladores de Kubernetes en un entorno multi-clúster para aprovisionar y gestionar recursos en la nube.
• Empaquetar componentes de software y dependencias en unidades de despliegue estandarizadas para entornos de prueba y producción.
• Documentar el trabajo de forma comprensible y colaborar con expertos de distintas áreas.
• Diseñar estrategias de seguridad y segmentación para entornos aislados (air-gapped).
• Construir y operar la infraestructura CI/CD y los entornos de desarrollo internos.

Your Tasks

• Develop Kubernetes Controllers in a multi-cluster environment to provision and manage cloud resources
• Package developed software components and their dependencies into standardized deployment units to enable targeted deployment into test and production environments
• Document your work comprehensibly and collaborate closely with various cross-functional experts
• Design security and segmentation strategies specifically tailored to function within air-gapped environments
• Build and operate the CI/CD infrastructure as well as the internal development environments

Your Profile

• Experienced Go Developer with a proven track record of developing Kubernetes controllers
• Practical experience operating applications on Kubernetes - ideally, you have also set up and administered clusters from scratch
• Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestrators, preferably based on the Kubernetes Cluster API
• Initial experience with air-gapped systems is highly desirable
• Strong English skills form the foundation for successful communication within our international, agile teams. Knowledge of German is a plus
