Schwarz Digits is seeking a platform engineer to develop and improve our Cloud Foundry platform, ensuring functionality, scalability, and high performance.

You will contribute to open-source projects, integrate smoothly with STACKIT services, and share ownership of deployed services with the product team.

The role involves day-to-day platform operations and L3 support during business hours, with night-time on-call rotation for incident escalations.

Formación

• Extensive programming experience, preferably in Go.
• Familiar with professional software development methods.
• Years of experience in software architecture design, including patterns, scalability, resilience.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and automated software delivery pipelines.
• Experience operating scalable cloud platforms in production.
• English communication in international agile teams.
• Bonus: Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes Operator Pattern.

Your Profile

• You possess extensive programming experience, preferably in Go.
• You are familiar with the methods of professional software development (from development standards to build and release management).
• You bring several years of experience in software system architecture design, including design patterns, scalability, and resilience.
• You have practical experience with CI/CD workflows and automated software delivery pipelines.
• You have experience operating and maintaining scalable applications or cloud platforms in a live production environment.
• Your English forms the basis for successful communication in international, agile teams.
• Good to have: You have experience with Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes Operator Pattern.
