Job summary

STACKIT is looking for an experienced Cloud Foundry platform engineer based in Barcelona to develop and improve the platform, ensuring functionality and scalability. You will focus on high-quality software, performance, and seamless integration with STACKIT services, while contributing to open-source projects.

You will work with the product team in a live production environment, maintain and operate deployed services, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Extensive programming experience, preferably in Go.
• Familiar with professional software development methods (standards, build and release management).
• Multiple years of experience in software system architecture design, including patterns, scalability and resilience.
• Practical experience with CI/CD workflows and automated delivery pipelines.
• Experience operating and maintaining scalable applications or cloud platforms in live production.
• English is essential for communication in international, agile teams.
• Nice to have: Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes Operator Pattern.
