Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Training Ops Specialist for Global Delivery to orchestrate day-to-day training operations across EMEA.

You will manage virtual and in-person deliveries, trainer scheduling, LMS setup, and billing to ensure seamless experiences for customers. The role requires five years in team coordination, excellent communication, and the ability to manage vendor engagements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a team coordination position.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Positive, proactive and able to exercise great judgment.
• Experience with vendor engagements, contracts, NDAs, PO management, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person training deliveries across EMEA, including contracting and trainer resourcing.
• Set up LMS and billing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Evaluate training requests and assign trainers to match customer needs while maximizing regional utilization.
• Support trainer shuffles, rescheduling, and manage trainer time blocks in LMS.
• Maintain data accuracy across LMS, Salesforce, and reporting dashboards for revenue recognition and metrics.
