You will drive AI-powered transformation, coordinate multi-team roadmaps, and champion scalable, secure delivery across procurement tech stacks.

Collaborating with engineering, operations, and senior leadership, you will shape program governance, risk management, and performance metrics, delivering high-impact results at scale.

  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
  • Experience working with AI systems, including large language models and agent-based workflows, strong enough to assess feasibility and challenge proposed designs.

Responsabilités

  • Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology programs, from problem definition and design through build, launch, and iteration.
  • Manage roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple engineering teams, proactively identifying risks and removing barriers to keep delivery on track.
  • Stand up and operate new delivery team structures for AI transformation initiatives, from team charter and composition through solutions running in production.
  • Drive architecture and design discussions, applying working knowledge of AI and AWS services to evaluate trade-offs and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally sound.
  • Build the mechanisms the program depends on, including team and charter registries, playbooks for standing up new teams, and the feedback loop that carries learning between business areas.
  • Facilitate business and technical meetings, driving crisp decisions and ensuring the right people are in the room at the right time.
  • Communicate program status, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes to a broad set of stakeholders, from engineering teams to Directors and VPs, through clear written narratives and verbal updates.
  • Independently identify and resolve structural blockers across teams and systems, including governance gaps, duplicated solutions, missing orchestration between existing tools, and unclear ownership.
  • Drive process improvements that increase the speed and quality of delivery across teams, streamlining mechanisms and eliminating unnecessary overhead.
