• Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional testing or QA roles.
• Strong understanding of manual testing techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify even the smallest discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Test Planning and Design: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Manual Testing: Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure the software works as expected and meets business requirements.
• Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the software, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Test Execution and Documentation: Execute test cases and document results clearly, including both successes and issues found during testing.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback from a quality perspective.
• Regression Testing: Ensure new features or updates do not break existing functionality through thorough regression testing.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and the overall quality assurance strategy, recommending tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and test coverage, highlighting any risks or issues that may affect product release.
• User Experience Validation: Ensure that the application’s functionality aligns with user needs and expectations, contributing to a positive user experience.
