Parser is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager in Madrid to take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of client relationships, shaping account strategy, guiding executive decisions, and delivering large, complex initiatives.

You will own strategic relationships, translate client priorities into measurable outcomes, and mobilise cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, operations, and commercial, while managing governance and risk to realise value.

Formación

• Extensive consulting experience in management or digital consulting.
• Proven track record owning senior client relationships and growing engagements.
• Experience shaping large initiatives across digital transformation, AI, or operating-model change.
• Comfort working with C-level stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear priorities.
• Experience with account economics, proposals, budgets, and delivery performance.
• Ability to mobilise multidisciplinary teams and govern risks and dependencies.
• Experience in AI transformation, data, or emerging technology programs.

• Create and execute account plans to deepen relationships, expand Parser's footprint, and connect client priorities with the right capabilities.
• Translate client needs into clear opportunities and recommendations, articulating value, ROI, risks, and trade-offs.
• Take ownership of overall account health, client satisfaction, and value delivery across engagements.
• Mobilise and align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, operations, and commercial functions.
• Establish governance, maintain executive alignment, and lead the change and adoption needed to realise value.
• Work with delivery, technical, product, and commercial leads to define outcomes, scope, roadmaps, success measures, and execution plans.
• Oversee one or more large, complex initiatives while proactively managing risks, dependencies, blockers, escalations, and opportunities.

How will you impact?

• Mobilise and align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, operations, and commercial functions.
• Establish effective governance, maintain executive alignment, and lead the change and adoption needed to realise value.
• Work with delivery, technical, product, and commercial leads to define outcomes, scope, roadmaps, success measures, and execution plans.
• Oversee one or more large, complex initiatives while proactively managing risks, dependencies, blockers, escalations, and opportunities.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Significant consulting experience in management consulting, digital consulting, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business transformation, ideally developed at a leading management consultancy or respected digital consulting and technology firm.
• Demonstrable experience owning senior client relationships, developing account strategies, identifying and converting growth opportunities, and expanding engagements.
• Proven track record of shaping and leading large, complex initiatives across digital transformation, AI transformation, technology, product, data, or operating-model change.
• Confidence working with C-level and senior stakeholders, translating complex business and technology topics into clear choices, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing account economics, proposals, contracts, forecasts, budgets, margins, and delivery performance.
• Ability to mobilise multidisciplinary teams, establish governance, manage risks/dependencies, and maintain accountability from strategy through implementation and value realisation.
• Experience in AI transformation, data, or emerging technology programmes.

Location:

Madrid: 2-3 times a week onsite.
