The Sr. Associate, Treasury Channels supports both RTB (Run the Bank) and CTB (change the bank) activities for applications under the Commercial Banking umbrella working closely with internal bank and external vendor IT partners. Performs daily monitoring tasks for critical commercial applications and their components to ensure little or no downtime or friction for the bank’s Commercial customers that rely on this technology. Engage in support and troubleshooting activities when there are system issues or outages. Participate in ongoing projects to upgrade, enhance, and change these technologies to ensure that they stay current and meet or exceed customer’s expectations across a wide array of Commercial Services.
Fully understands each Commercial application as well as the technical components (integration, connectivity, and supporting functionality) to support the ongoing operation of the applications as well as participate in projects to enhance the applications.
Participates and partners with various testing teams to perform Systems Integration Testing (SIT).
Understands the bank’s project management methodology and support ongoing projects as “Tech Lead.”
Works with internal and external partners in a collaborative way for both Run the Bank and Change the bank activities.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience : Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent field. - Required.
Leadership skills to identify actions and take meaningful, proactive steps in an independent manner.
Strong understanding of technologies including but not limited to Rd party hosted commercial banking applications, systems integration / connectivity, data flows and loading processes.
Expert command of DevOps concepts, processes and best practices.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, both waterfall and agile, and demonstrated ability to support these.
Successful track record of managing a network of partnerships with technical teams to resolve system problems and application-specific issues.
Ability to quickly ascertain technical status of issues raised using limited information and formulating the best possible issue-resolution plan.
