Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe as the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group. We develop and manage IT infrastructures for Lidl and Kaufland, plus Schwarz Production and PreZero, serving customers across Europe.

Formación

3+ years directly managing software engineering teams and guiding growth.
Proven ability to balance business needs, technical debt, and trade-offs.
Experience across frontend and mobile technologies to guide discussions.
Strong release management and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

Own and make critical technical decisions for a cross-platform design system.
Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Drive squad velocity, monitor sprint KPIs, balancing feature delivery with debt.
Embed web and mobile accessibility standards into core component design.
Oversee mobile release lifecycles, store submissions, and CI/CD pipelines.
