Codere Online is seeking an experienced Sportsbook Operations Specialist in Madrid to act as the key operational link between Online Sports Product and Trading, Marketing, BI, CRM and VIP teams. You will oversee sportsbook operations, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement to deliver a competitive, high-quality sportsbook experience.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in sportsbook operations, sports betting product management, trading operations or a related online gaming role.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering & management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the sportsbook offering across all markets, ensuring events, markets and bet types are available, accurate and published.
- Identify product, coverage and commercial opportunities via competitor analysis and performance data.
- Conduct ongoing benchmarking on event coverage, market depth, odds competitiveness, pre-match and live betting, and user experience.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Product and Trading, coordinating requests and execution.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and elevate risks when needed.
- Oversee sportsbook publishing quality, including event positioning, market visibility, and content organization.
- Collaborate with Trading, Product and Tech to define requirements, implement enhancements and fix recurring issues.
- Maintain a backlog of sportsbook improvements and trading requests.
- Support launches of new betting markets and features across jurisdictions.
- Monitor KPIs like event coverage, market availability and customer engagement; provide actionable recommendations.
