Sonae Sierra is seeking a Specialty Leasing professional to join our Madrid team. The role covers the full leasing cycle for temporary units, kiosks, and brand activations across the portfolio.

You will identify tenants, negotiate terms, and manage budgets while coordinating with the Legal Department as needed. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in specialty leasing or retail real estate, a related bachelor’s degree, and a track record of achieving leasing targets.

Formación

• 4+ years in specialty leasing or retail real estate
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel within portfolio

Responsabilidades

• Manage full specialty leasing cycle for pop-ups, kiosks, and promo stands
• Identify, prospect, and negotiate with tenants to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Develop annual specialty leasing budget and action plan; monitor performance
• Prepare and negotiate terms and contracts with Legal department input
• Build pipeline of prospects and maintain contacts database
• Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and revenue opportunities
• Track activity, revenue, and KPIs; report to management monthly
• Respond to leads within SLAs and maximize conversions
• Develop campaigns to maximize off-peak revenue
• Coordinate cross-portfolio agreements and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure installations comply with safety and mall guidelines
