Vodafone VOIS seeks a Specialist Planning Packet Core Eng Lead to support the design and delivery of Packet Switched Data Core hardware and software across Vodafone’s European networks. Based in Spain, you will work with SGSN, GGSN, MME, S/P-GW, AMF, SMF, UPF and NRF in a multi-country setup.
You will develop specifications, assist testing and release delivery, and help implement customer requirements while driving optimisation and capacity planning for Packet Core systems.

We are seeking a Packet Core Planning Engineer to support the design, engineering and delivery of Packet Switched Data Core hardware and software solutions for Vodafone’s European networks. Based in Spain, you will work with technologies and network functions including SGSN, GGSN, MME, S/P-GW, AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF and 5G Standalone.
In this role, you will develop technical specifications, support software testing and release delivery, contribute to new functionality and defect resolution, and help implement customer requirements across complex telecommunications environments. You will also support optimisation initiatives focused on Packet Core systems and services.
