Unit4 invites motivated students from the University of Granada to join an internship focused on spec-driven software development. You will work on pre-code definitions, collaborating with an international team and using AI tools to translate intent into working solutions.

Open to any Bachelor’s or Master’s program, the role emphasizes clear problem understanding, ambiguity tolerance, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Enrolled at University of Granada and eligible for ICARO internship.
• Open to students from any Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Habit of asking what a problem actually is before reaching a solution.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make it precise.
• Interest in how AI is changing the way software gets built.

Responsabilidades

• Turn real business and technical problems into clear specifications a development system can act on.
• Define what the software should do, for whom, and how success is measured before coding.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and domain experts in an international team, working in English.
• Use AI tools to move from intent to a working solution and learn where they help and where they fail.
• Document the reasoning behind decisions so the thinking survives, not only the result.
