Revolut is seeking a New Business Account Executive (Spanish Speaking) to drive new business in Granada and the wider Andalucía region. You will identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and close deals for Revolut Business, owning end-to-end activation and pipeline management.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with 1+ years of outbound sales experience and strong communication. The role offers an autonomous, high-performing sales culture in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in outbound sales and prospecting to build a robust pipeline.
• Ability to own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and activation.
• Demonstrates accountability and adaptability in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with emphasis on cold-calling
• Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy and diversifying prospects
• Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management
• Liaising customer relationships with internal stakeholders for a smooth experience
• Being autonomous to balance time between prospecting, closing, and upsell
• Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate value
• Becoming a Revolut Business product expert and leveraging case studies
