Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking Castilian Spanish voice actors to collaborate with a leading AI lab on improving audio data handling. Native Castilian Spanish speakers based in Spain are preferred, with proficient English for project communication.

Experience in voice acting is welcome but not mandatory; professionals from music, TV, podcasts, and streaming also qualify. Compensation is per finished hour, with flexible weekly hours and onboarding after contract and ID verification.

This role is for one of our clients

Compensation: $35-$250 per hour

We are hiringCastilian Spanish Voice Actorsto work directly with a leading AI lab, improving their model's ability to handle and produce audio data.

Professional experience in Voice Acting is greatly preferred but not required.We welcome people with speaking and audio experience through Music, Television, Podcasts, Twitch Streaming, Comedy, YouTube, Radio, or other related fields.

You must be anative speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish, born and raised inSpain. This role is distinct from our Mexican Spanish listing.

You also need to be a proficient English speaker to ensure proper communication during the project.

Project logistics

• Participants are paid $250 USD per finished hour, based on the length of submitted audio.
• You’ll need to commit between 2-10 hours per week.
• Rolling start - onboarding begins once your contract is accepted and ID verification clears.
• You will need to be available for a kickoff call.

Requirements

• Ability to speak in a "customer service" voice - neutral to upbeat tone, clear enunciation, consistent pacing.
• Close attention to punctuation, commas and dashes. It is very important that you record transcripts exactly as written, or edit them to reflect natural pacing.
• Aprofessional audio recording setup: a home studio with a professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, an audio interface, a pop filter, and editing software for post-production.
• Submissions must be WAV, 44.1 kHz, mono, with under one second of silence at the start and end, and no audible breathing.
