Job summary

EasyStart Relocation is expanding its Spain operations and seeks an experienced Spanish Immigration & Global Mobility Consultant to join on an independent, mission-based basis. You’ll advise private and corporate clients on Spanish immigration pathways, manage digital nomad visas, work and residence permits, and stay updated on regulatory changes while collaborating remotely with our France team.

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Spanish immigration consulting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate immigration, work permits, and Digital Nomad Visas.
• Experience managing Spanish immigration applications start-to-finish.
• Solid understanding of Spanish immigration regulations and procedures.
• Experience with international clients, employers, or relocation companies.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and detail-oriented with remote collaboration experience.
• Registered as autónomo or legally authorised to provide independent services in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Spanish immigration pathways for individuals, families, and corporates.
• Manage Digital Nomad Visas, Non-Lucrative Visas, work and residence permits, and family reunification.
• Support corporate immigration, including employer-sponsored work permits and international transfers.
• Prepare and review visa/residence applications and supporting documents.
• Navigate NIE, TIE, empadronamiento, and related formalities with authorities.
• Provide up-to-date guidance on Spanish immigration law and policy changes.
• Collaborate remotely with the EasyStart Relocation team in France on cases.

We support international individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses with visas, immigration, housing, and relocation services. Our approach is personalised, practical, and client-focused, helping people navigate the complexities of moving abroad.

As we grow our presence in Spain, we're looking to collaborate with experienced local immigration professionals who can help us deliver the same quality of service to our Spanish clients.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Spanish Immigration & Global Mobility Consultant to join our growing network of independent professionals on an independent, mission-based basis.

You’ll support both private and corporate clients with Spanish immigration procedures, providing expert guidance from initial eligibility assessments through to successful applications and residence formalities.

We're particularly interested in someone with strong experience in corporate immigration, work authorisations, Digital Nomad Visas, and employer-sponsored immigration, who can also advise on other immigration pathways.

As we're expanding into a new market, we're looking for someone who is confident working independently, understands the Spanish immigration system, and can contribute their local expertise to our growing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Advise individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients on Spanish immigration pathways.
• Manage applications for Digital Nomad Visas, Non-Lucrative Visas, work and residence permits, EU Blue Cards, and family reunification.
• Support corporate immigration cases, including employer-sponsored work permits, international employee transfers, and global mobility requirements.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate visa and residence permit applications, renewals, and supporting documentation.
• Navigate procedures involving UGE-CE, Extranjería, Spanish consulates, and other relevant authorities.
• Guide clients through administrative requirements such as NIE, TIE, empadronamiento, and related formalities.
• Monitor changes in Spanish immigration legislation and provide accurate, up-to-date guidance.
• Collaborate remotely with the EasyStart Relocation team in France while independently managing assigned cases.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Spanish immigration consulting, immigration law, or global mobility.

Strong expertise in corporate immigration, employer-sponsored work permits, and Digital Nomad Visas.

Experience managing Spanish immigration applications from start to finish.

Solid understanding of Spanish immigration regulations, authorities, and administrative procedures.

Experience working with international clients, employers, or relocation companies.

Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills.

Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with an international remote team.

Registered as self-employed (autónomo) or otherwise legally authorised to provide independent professional services in Spain.

A strong plus: Existing experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) providers, international HR teams, or corporate relocation companies.

Education & Language Skills

Background in Spanish Immigration Law, Law, International Relations, HR, Global Mobility, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Fluent Spanish and English are essential. French or other languages are an advantage.
