Clinirx is expanding its clinical operations in Spain and seeks an experienced Clinical Research Associate to oversee site management and monitoring across trials. You will lead site initiation, monitoring visits, and close‑out activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust documentation.

The role requires strong ICH-GCP knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Proven experience working as a CRA in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with site management and monitoring activities.
• Site initiation, routine monitoring, and close‑out visits.
• Regulatory and Ethics Committee documentation.
• Investigator/site relationship management.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced global environments.
• Spanish (native) and fluent English (written and verbal) are required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site management and monitoring activities.

• Prepare and manage regulatory and Ethics Committee documentation.
• Foster investigator/site relationships and stakeholder collaboration.
