Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, seeks a Finance & Project Control specialist to manage economic control of funded projects and support the Finance team with monthly close, budgets, and reporting.

You will track costs, handle grant documentation, and ensure compliance with funding bodies, while coordinating with auditors and external partners. A hybrid work setup is offered in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Experience in economic control of projects, ideally for public grants.
• Familiarity with payroll, 190 Model, and timesheets or quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Track project finances and control associated costs (payroll, timesheets).
• Prepare and organize economic documentation for grant justifications.
• Review and upload data to official platforms for audits.
• Support monthly close, accounting, and budget tracking.
• Design and maintain dashboards and financial reporting.
