DHV Technology, based in Málaga, develops solar panels and power systems for space missions. We seek a Product Assurance Engineer to ensure compliance with customer requirements and ECSS standards through the full project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineering, project management, manufacturing and customers to drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and documentation. Candidates should have a engineering degree and 3–5 years in aerospace or regulated industries, with English

Qualifications

• Product Assurance lifecycle expertise across complex projects.
• Experience with design, qualification, manufacturing and customer acceptance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, ECSS standards, internal procedures, and Product Assurance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain the Project Product Assurance Plan and QA documentation.
• Act as the primary Product Assurance interface with customers, supporting technical reviews, audits, and meetings.
• Support requirements analysis, design reviews, qualification activities, and product acceptance from a Product Assurance perspective.
• Promote preventive risk management and ensure mitigation actions are implemented.
• Review and approve selection of materials, processes, and components for compliance.
• Manage non conformities, deviations, waivers, RFWs, RFDs, and change requests with proper impact assessment.
• Ensure effective configuration management across baselines and delivered configurations.
• Support reliability, safety, and risk analyses with multidisciplinary teams.
• Plan and perform Product Assurance audits and surveillance.
• Prepare QA deliverables for customer reviews and final acceptance.
• Ensure all hardware and documentation meet contractual and Product Assurance requirements prior to shipment.
