Aistech Space in Barcelona seeks a Space Systems Engineer Manager to lead the Space Infrastructure Team responsible for designing, analyzing, integrating and testing ENABLER payloads for Hydra satellites.

You will manage a heterogeneous group of engineers and scientists, collaborate with software, payloads and operations teams, drive proposals, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high imaging performance.

Formación

• More than 7 years of Satellite/Payload Systems Engineering experience from cradle to grave.
• More than 3 years of team management of heterogeneous engineers in space.
• Extrovert, open minded, proactive in technology and process improvements.
• Experience leading payload/system development through launch and operations, preferably optical.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Space Infrastructure team through design, analysis, integration, testing, launch and operations.
• Collaborate with SW infra, Remote Sensing, Payloads and Operations to deliver ENABLER payloads and Hydra satellites.
• Lead R&D proposals, launch plans and cross-functional activities with CTO and strategic teams.
• Interface with clients/consortiums to translate needs into internal requirements.
• Guide Hydra constellation development from cradle to grave and coordinate with partners.
