DHV Technology, based in Málaga, seeks a Quality Assurance Composite Manager to lead QA activities for composite manufacturing and ensure ECSS, AS/EN 9100, and customer requirements are met. You will manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors, collaborating with Engineering, Production, Product Assurance, and suppliers to ensure compliance across the production process.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in a relevant engineering field, 4–6 years in QA, fluent English, and

Formación

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing environments.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership of quality teams and manufacturing QA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Quality Assurance team for composite manufacturing and ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and ECSS requirements throughout production.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections and approvals.
• Manage supplier quality activities, audits, and supplier qualification.
• Plan and conduct product and process audits per AS/EN 9100 and internal procedures.
• Drive NCR resolution, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
