DHV Technology, based in Málaga, is seeking an Environmental Test Facilities Manager to lead its environmental test facilities and campaigns for space hardware. You will ensure reliability, safety, and ECSS compliance while coordinating resources across project teams.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial/test environments, a strong engineering background, and English proficiency; relocation is offered, and you will work on international space projects.

Formación

• University degree in a technical field (Eng.).
• Master’s in aerospace or test systems is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial environments or test facilities.
• Experience leading technical teams and equipment/facilities management.
• Strong English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operation, availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of environmental test facilities.
• Act as technical owner of facilities including TVAC, vibration, and associated systems.
• Define growth strategies, investments, and capacity management.
• Plan and supervise test campaigns with project management, production, quality, and customers.
• Ensure proper validation, readiness of test equipment, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance contracts and supplier oversight; ensure ECSS compliance.
